What is your biggest current challenge at work?
It's a relationship business built on trust. Many times, these relationships last for decades. The bonds we have formed with our clients and their families are at the heart of everything we do. As such, we are intimately involved in most aspects of our clients' lives. We work with them during their careers, through major milestones such as the birth of a child or grandchild, weddings, retirement, etc. As well as helping them with planning around life's more challenging times that we are all faced with at some point in our lives. Along the way, we get to know our clients and their families very well. Often becoming friends and being invited to birthdays, weddings, and life's celebrations. A challenge is that they're all so great, and we wish we could spend more time with each of them.
