OCCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) is a centralized insurance program where the project owner provides insurance coverage for all contractors and subcontractors working on a construction project. Whereas CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) is a similar program but managed and purchased by the general contractor instead of the project owner.
