The Women Building Washington committee invites you to join industry leaders for an honest conversation about what it takes for women to lead and succeed in construction. From navigating jobsite culture to asserting authority in high-stakes environments, this panel of veteran leaders will deliver real stories and practical strategies to drive change across the industry.
