Strong & Safe: Women’s Self-Defense Class

Learn self-defense and go home safe!

Improve your personal safety and feel more confident in your day-to-day life.

Join us for this important class that will help you with both preventative and self-protection techniques. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the psychology behind an attacker and learn physical self-defense tactics/training. You'll be better able to:

• Predict and Prevent violence
• Verbally De-escalate threatening situations
• Combat aggressive behavior
• Use practical self-defense striking and tactics
• Escape holds, grabs, and rape scenarios

Bring your comfortable work-out clothes and a water bottle. This is a class only. No food or beverages are provided.
