What is the biggest misconception about the industry?
Construction is not a place for professionals. Over the years, I have been blessed to work with men and women across this industry that are very intelligent and care about peoples success in the business.
What keeps you up at night?
Failure, dealing with difficult clients and situations.
What is your main goal while at work?
Being that outlet and mentor that encourages, trains, and genuinely cares about the company and my teams success without micro managing.
What project is your company most proud of?
Any that we walk away from stronger personally, professionally and with a happy
client.
