What is the biggest misconception about the industry?
People not familiar with the construction industry don't understand how well-trained, professional and technologically advanced we are as an industry.
What keeps you up at night?
My dog, sometimes.
What is your biggest current challenge at work?
Fully staffing our company with exceptional teammates.
What project is your company most proud of?
There are so many...we have completed a number of confidential mission critical projects for various government agencies and private companies but, we can't talk about them. We can celebrate our 4 years of success at Tradepoint Atlantic preparing the sites and building the infrastructure for many of the 1M-2M sf logistics centers there.
How does your ABC membership help your company?
ABC helps us in so many ways, from collaboration with peers and clients to training, business development and industry knowledge and other resources.
What do you look forward to each day?
Meeting new people in the industry and helping them solve their problems especially, with very challenging projects.
What are you like to work for?
I'm a demanding but, fair team-player and enjoy working with problem solvers who like to collaborate.
Who would you trade places with for a day?
My college-aged self or Richard Branson.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
Like many young boys, I wanted to be a policeman or a sailor or soldier. However, as I got a little older, I realized construction was going to be my profession.
Tell us something no one in the industry knows about you.
I have traveled to more than 22 different countries and worked or studied in several from Australia to the middle east to South America and the Caribbean.

Anything outdoors, biking, fishing, hunting, boating, shooting, hiking, camping...
What business/career advice to you wish you had when you began?
Learn how to identify and solve problems quickly and creatively.

What was your first job?
Delivering newspapers and cutting grass in the neighborhood.
