Kathy Humm is a seasoned human resource (HR) professional with 17 years of experience. She founded NTP HR (Notice to Proceed with HR Solutions) in 2022 to help elevate human resources from transactional to strategic in the construction and manufacture space. She has spent 12 years in the construction industry and understands what it takes to move the needle from transactional to strategic HR. As a consultant, she collaborates with company leaders to elevate their people, vision, and culture.
