Call for Nominations for the 2026 Board of Directors
The ABC of Metro Washington’s Nominations Committee is pleased to announce a Call for Nominations for the 2026 Board of Directors.
Any member in good standing may nominate himself/herself, or another member, for service on the Board of Directors. Before submitting a nomination, please carefully review this important information on Board member roles and responsibilities.
In order to qualify for Board service, nominees should be industry leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to serving ABC of Metro Washington as an active member. Past and current Board members have served in various leadership positions in our Association.
To be considered, candidates must: Submit a written nomination letter and complete the online questionnaire no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29, 2025.
The Nominations Committee will vet qualified Board candidates and starting this year, members will vote online for the qualified candidates to serve. The Board of Directors will be presented to the membership during our Annual Business Meeting on November 5, 2025.
