CrewLead Boot Camp II --CANCELLED

Following a summary review of Boot Camp I, participants will deepen their capability in three key areas: building team trust, making difficult decisions, and managing conflict within the crew. The course knowledge and skills will be presented using easy to remember models and techniques and will be demonstrated using a case study. The program will conclude with an action plan to apply their learning to their specific job situation. Having completed this course, participants will be able to develop and maintain trust, make good decisions, and manage conflict effectively.
