Women in the construction industry are a growing and emerging component of the construction workforce. The Women Building Washington committee supports the development of women as leaders in their businesses and professions through educational, networking and mentoring opportunities. Our goal is to:
- Increase the number of active women members in ABC
- Support the development of women as leaders in ABC and in their individual businesses and professions
- Increase the number of women who serve in leadership positions in ABC
- Increase the visibility of women leaders in the construction industry and in ABC

JOIN US! Improve your golf skills by joining other ABC of Metro Washington members at courses in the metro Washington, D.C. area. Each month a group of women gets together early in the morning to play a quick round of nine holes or practice on the driving range. These outings are great opportunities for golfers of all levels to improve their swing and their game plus connecting with others in the industry.
