About the speaker
Freeman Dodsworth is the President of REM UAS, a commercial drone service provider and consulting firm focused on developing drone programs within client companies. He is a retired Naval Aviator with over 2500 hundred hours of flight time in various military and civilian aircraft, 500 of which was logged in unmanned aircraft systems. In addition to being FAA certified for commercial operation of small UAS, he holds an FAA commercial pilots rating for fixed wing and helicopter operations, with a standard instrument rating.
He spent seven years as a test pilot for unmanned systems and as Director of Contractor Flight Operations for all unmanned flight test at the Navy’s premier drone test site. Mr. Dodsworth has extensive experience developing safe and effective unmanned aviation programs for a diverse customer base.
