You CAN lead in a virtual world! CANCELLED

Instructor: Doug Lotierzo - Neuberger & Company, Inc.

Everyone knows that some value is lost when interacting with your team in a virtual environment. But that does not mean virtual meetings/interactions are not valuable. In fact, there is a ton of ‘good’ that can come from working in this environment. The simple problem is that we’ve never had to work this way and we have not been ‘trained’ on how to execute in this world. The way of managing, running meetings, and engaging with your team has seemingly changed for good - even though things are starting to open back up.

This session is about how to manage in a virtual environment. What does a good meeting look and feel like, how do you engage one on one, how often should you be in touch with your team to keep them happy, engaged, and productive? Leaders want to know that their people are being productive, even though they are not physically together. They want comradery and engagement, even though they are not in the same room. Come to this session to get some answers and learn how to maximize the potential value you can get while managing in this virtual environment.

Who should attend? CEOs, Managers, Execs, Leaders.
