Dave Mahoney serves as Principal of the Velocity Marketing, a Maryland-based digital strategy agency which helps its clients optimize digital media and apply the latest marketing technology innovations to their business. Velocity has worked on behalf of numerous noteworthy brands, including Marvel Entertainment, the University of Maryland Medical System, and the Catholic University of America.Prior to Velocity, Dave’s work with Bill Me Later, PayPal, and eBay allowed him to lead numerous brand name digital marketing initiatives with firms such as Comcast Business, Loyola University, the National Football League, Discovery Channel, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and many more.

Dave also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University, teaching digital and social media marketing to undergraduates. Dave received his B.S. in Business with an Economics minor from Frostburg State University and MBA from Harvard.
