Phase One of ReOpen DC officially began on Friday, May 29. The reopening guidelines outline specific use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). To help overcome the challenge of acquiring these items for reopening, the DC Government is providing free PPE care packages to Phase One businesses while supplies last.
