Melissa Koehler, Chair of ABC of Metro Washington (2019) and president of B.F. Joy, LLC, in conjunction with Women Building Washington, invite you to join a small group of upcoming women leaders, who have been recommended by their management.

Melissa Koehler, is a past member of the ABC of Metro Washington Executive Committee and one of the founding members of the Women Building Washington Committee, She is focusing in 2021 on her mission to mentor and develop women in the construction industry workforce.

Melissa is hosting a virtual roundtable on March 19, 2021 for a select group of rising women leaders who are recommended by our member companies' leadership. This invitation-only event will focus on sharing stories and strategies for improving leadership and career goals.
