We want to help make sure there is an interested and qualified workforce to build the future. Our workforce development programs include:
- Working with Montgomery County Students Construction Trades Foundation, Inc. to hold Construction Trades Career Fairs for students graduating from the Thomas Edison High School of Technology.
- Helping to organize the biennial Careers in Construction Expo at the National Building Museum where middle and high school students are introduced to construction careers through hands-on exhibits.
- Working with organizations like Goodwill of Greater Washington and the DC Department of Employment Services on pre-apprenticeship and life skills training programs.
