In compliance with the "Wage Theft Prevention Act of 2014" which went into effect on February 26, 2015 the DC Department of Employment Services (DOES) has released a template for "Notice of Hire-Employment Status and Acknowledgement of Wage Rate(s)" document that employers are required to provide to hourly employees working with the District of Columbia.
