Apprentices are required to report OJT hours online
by the 10th of every month for the previous month.

The Participating Employer agrees to provide the Apprentice adequately supervised instruction and work experience. During the term of apprenticeship, the Apprentice will be given at least the minimum number of hours of experience scheduled for each process.

Please note that all OJT hours must be submitted online.
We no longer accept paper versions of the OJT forms.
