Every year, billions of dollars are spent on new construction in the United States. The construction industry employs more than 5 million people. Craft training gives construction workers a considerable advantage over those trained by informal means. Construction craft training increases productivity and safety, and also helps to develop future workforce for the construction industry.

ABC CraftMasters Training Trust

ABC CraftMasters Training Trust offers apprenticeship and construction craft training in 12 trades. The academy's apprenticeship training programs are fully approved and accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Maryland Apprenticeship and Training Council, District of Columbia Apprenticeship and Training Council, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Veterans Administration.

Course curriculums are the standardized "Contren Learning Series" (formerly known as "Wheels of Learning"), which includes classroom instruction and hands-on lab experience. Classes are taught by certified instructors who are professionals in their trade. For more information on the curriculums, visit NCCER's website .
